||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking forward to having this new washer with the removable agitator; however, this model is engineered to start scrubbing without sufficient water. Even on the delicate cycle, it put a hole in my clothes. I don’t know why it is even labeled with different water levels, because it barely fills regardless of what level you select or the volume of clothes. I tried to trick the sensor by adding water to the clothes first, but it didn’t make a difference…and because I didn’t want to use weighted magnets or make some other kind of modification, I am returning it. So disappointing.

Horrible install Never Best Buy Again

I run my hand near the valve and hose connection and feel tons of water. Been leaking for two days. Have video only before I tightened the connections and will be seeking legal assistance for repairs

I went to Best Buy for the warranty, and they told me I had to call Whirlpool. Then I had to call a third party called Goodman, and my machine is still broken. Terrible service, today is 12/19/25

Water Temperature: Select the correct temperature for the fabric and soil.
Detergent: Use only the correct type and amount of HE (High-Efficiency) detergent.
Additives: Measure fabric softener and bleach precisely and use at the correct time.
Cycle Selection: Choose the appropriate cycle for the load.
Loading: Avoid overloading and sort laundry by color.
Washer Maintenance: Run a routine Clean Washer cycle.
Cycle and Settings
Washing cycles optimize agitation/tumbling speed, spin speed, and water temperature.
Temperature: Select based on fabric and soil, adhering to labels. Modern HE warm/hot settings may be cooler. A small amount of warm water is added to "Cold" wash for detergent activation.
Soil Level: Adjusts wash time (agitation duration). Use Extra Heavy or Extra Power for heavily soiled items and Light for lightly soiled clothes to minimize wrinkling.

The removable agitator is great for bulky items. The spin cycle normally gets the clothes really dry. However, on the rare occasions, when washing a comforter and blanket, and the laundry is still really wet the spin and drain cycle adds more water before spinning. That is unfortunate but for the most part it has been a great machine
