    The washer seems to work ok. It does not compare to the Maytag I had to replace. I don't like the fact that a complete user manual is not included. The quick start guide may or may not apply to the model I purchased. I shouldn't have to go online to obtain one.

    I am more than happy with the service I received from Best Buy. I purchased a washing machine that I was not happy with, and set up a return on it, and repurchased a much better choice. The process went smoothly and I’m happy.
