Then I got another one, and it's leaking from the bottom! They are taking more than two weeks to fix! Not the best option!

Horrible Customer Service

I called customer service and asked about the price match. They asked me to wait until the order was delivered and then call back for the price match. I followed instructions, and guess what? They said they do not do price matches for Whirlpool. I could have canceled the original order and saved $146. They told me I could return the washer. Really? After I paid for delivery and installation. What a joke! I will never use Best Buy again!

It does not go into spine/dry when it says it is finished. It will stop and the light on the device turns off and there is still water in the machine .
