Ripoff that they charge such a big fee just to raise the washer so it can be used properly.

I bought it and it only lasted a few months. Broke down. it was defective. I will not make purchases like these in the future with whirlpool as far as washers. I love their other products

I purchased this unit with a view toward supporting a US based business, however, the unit did not work properly. Immediately, the units door lock mechanism did not work properly and then the control panel showed perpetual lock and it could not be reset. To rub salt into the wound, I waited 2 plus hours on hold with Whirlpool customer service, then after 30 minutes of trouble shooting was told that a tech would have to come look at the unit and that it would be 7 to 10 days to get a tech out to look at the unit. No thank you.

The change from green detergent and efficiency is very noticeable. Even when small loads are in wash prep, the Low Detergent alert engages. Spin cycle supports machine wabble.
