Love the washer great size easy to use and having the loader for detergent is great has steam is a great option

So it’s been a while since I purchased this appliance but I wanted to give it a solid review. I have the matching wash machine and dryer and really like them. They are made in the USA if that means anything to you. The wash machine is excellent. I really like the detergent basket that I load up with liquid detergent and the washer uses what it needs. Says it’s good for about 40 loads and that seems about right haven’t tested it. With the machines that you pour detergent in for every load I think I was putting more detergent than really needed. The push buttons work really well on both units and there are a good amount of useful settings to choose from. Steam clean and sanitize are great options! With the dryer there have been occasions where the clothes are still damp although this is a lot less frequent than it was with my previous Samsung. I like the eco mode on the dryer, think it helps reduce pge bill but again no proof. All in all I am happy with Whirlpool and would purchase again if needed. I’m done with Samsung too many issues and not built to last.

Excellent washer for the fraction of the cost. Cannot ask for anything ore.

My wife and I purchased this washer in February 2021. Initially we were happy however the unit stopped working after only about 2 years. I tried calling Whirlpool and was told that there was only a 1 year warranty no exactions. After some research I found out that the issue is the main control unit which would cost more than half of what I paid to buy the unit only 2 years prior. Based on my discussion with Whirlpool it sounds like there may be a power issue that blows the the controls units which seems like a fire hazard as well. Given that we have only had the machine for 2 years and that there is potentially a product design issue that may even be a fire hazard we have decided not to repair the machine and will buy a new machine from a different manufacturer. Also wondering if I should continue to purchase from Best Buy given that they sell products from this manufacturer who clearly has issues creating quality products that last. Sad to see a unit that looks brand new end up in a landfill which isn’t good for anyone or the environment.

Washer is very nice. Still learning all the different cycles. Love the load and go feature. Fill the soap dispenser and don’t worry about it for a number of loads.

These dont last, make sure you get the extended warranty. My first one failed after 2 years, no extended warranty. The second one failed after one year, replaced under warranty. My third one just quit, we will see what is wrong with it.

So far so good. It gets the job done. I love how it even fits my king size comforter. Very efficient.

Love my large Whirlpool washer. The steam option works and is great. The wrinkle guard actually leaves clothes wrinkle free for the most part. The large soap dispenser automatically dispenses just the right amount of soap for your load, saving mess and money. It is quiet and doesn't shake and move around like my previous non whirlpool model. They have made great improvements since my last Whirlpool washer. Cleans clothes great.

Present for my hubby. Absolutely loves it. It so quiet and the cloths seem cleaner and fresher.

I just got this washing machine today and have used it once. It's way quieter than my old 10 year old washer and the washing time is way shorter. This is the first time I used a front load machine. I am yet to find out whether I like it more or not. I will follow up with another review after a month or so. But I am liking it so far.

This Whirlpool washer does a great job with plenty of wash choices. The only thing is I'm unable to find any instructions on how to change the concentrate setting for the load & go soap dispenser for this model.

Plenty of features, including steam on this washer. Other than an early sensor issue during the spin cycle that was delaying shutoff, it's been a great washing machine.

This washing machine is a great companion to Whirlpool's large ventless dryer. The two stack very well and are stable when either or both are running. The washer has a large capacity, but still fits in a closet that is 34" deep. For an apartment with a laundry closet, this is a huge win as it is possible to do 4 sets of sheets, an entire hamper of clothes, or 4 sets of towels in a single load. Saves a lot of time having to do one load instead of two! The other nice feature is the load n go reservoir, which can hold a lot of detergent and dispense an amount based on the size of the load. I thought this would be a silly feature I might not use that much, but having it means there is one thing less to have to worry about when starting a load of laundry and that the use of the detergent is more efficient. Overall, highly recommend this washer, especially when paired with the companion ventless dryer!
