Love my new washer and dryer. The keys are sensitive but i love that when i turn my machines on, it remembers my last preference options and i just have to load machine and press start. i also love the quick cycle, my last washer had same feature but the quick cycle would sometimes take almost 50min to complete now my quick cycle literally is done in 15mins. Love it!

The only issue is that it drops soap from the dispenser and you have to manually clean it. Now I rather not to use ‘Load and Go Diapenser’.

Easy to load and pick the cycles I want. Really like the load and go feature.

I love this washer it has multiple functions! Since I’m a busy dad the load and go feature really makes laundry and taking care of the kids and work easy. Sometimes the little things like measuring the detergent can make a difference at the end of a long day. The self cleaning function is also a big plus

I love Whirlpool and was excited to get Whirlpool washer and dryer. However.....the washer takes a very long time to wash - like 2 hours! This is not what I call efficient! Also, there's no light inside the washer or the dryer. My clothes are very clean and that's the most important thing but I would prefer to have it done a lot faster!

The washer is okay. It gets the job done but I have been having problems with it shortly after I bought it and started using it. The “Load & Go” feature is good in theory but it really doesn’t work too well. The “bin” that you pour the detergent into leaks really badly in the bottom of the drawer, at the bottom of the inside of the machine, and on the floor when you open the drawer. And lately, when I’ve had large loads washing, it Suds Locks like you’ve used both the Load & Go feature AND put detergent in the top drawer where the fabric softener and bleach go (which I haven’t used both soap dispensers at the same time) and I’ve had to shut off the machine and restart it with no soap so it can finish washing the load. Whirlpool needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink the Load & Go feature. They either need to fix it where my problems don’t occur to other people or just do away with the whole Load & Go concept. Think hard about purchasing this machine because I probably would not buy this machine again. I miss my old Duet front loader that worked well for 10 years before it broke down from heavy use and I had to buy this one.

Haven't got a new washer in a while. Very satisfied with the ease of use and the amount of wash options available. Regretting that I did not upgrade sooner. Automatic detergent dispenser is amazing, just load it up with almost entire bottle of liquid detergent, and forget about it for a WHILE.

Excellent I’m still Learning how to operate the machine. Excellent washing features. I’m not sure if the The load and go really works. I’m not used to it. It would be nice if I can see the suds but the glass is really dark. I feel old fashioned.

Lots of settings to get your clothes cleaned properly. Machine has a sensor that has caused it to adjust the wash time. Easy to use.

This washing machine is so much better than our older Samsung washing machine. The Samsung washing machines have zinc behind the drum and they corrode over time. This one I believe is made with better materials. It looks pretty good too and easy to use. I have high hopes for this one.

I really like all the settings on this machine, I have yet to use the load and go because I'm still trying to use up my pods but I love all the different modes from towels, whites, colors etc. Takes the guessing out of it to remove all the husband's excuses!

This washer is certainly "state of the art". It does a great job of cleaning clothes and is very efficient regarding the amount of detergent used.

I found the washer easy to use, great replacement for our 15 year washer. All features make using the washer fun

Bought this with the matching dryer and we love the set! Easy set up and instructions for use are easy to follow.
