Great washer with a convenience load and go option. Love that we can toss in laundry, hit a few buttons and ready to go. No worrying about measuring out soap everytime.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS !! I bought this unit and a matching pedestal a year ago. This thing started vibrating so bad that my whole floor was shaking. I called Whirlpool support and they sent a local techinician who blamed in on the pedestal and removed it(Spent $250 for it and now is sitting in the garage). Issue still not fixed, this thing vibrates so bad that the detergent compartment comes out. at this point I am worried my floors might come loose, it vibrates the floors that much. I wish I could replace it but with the expired warranty I don't think that is possible. Do not buy.

We add detergent for each load instead of using the extended dispenser. We are happy with the performance. The clothes are cleaned well. Towels come out really nice. A light on the display reminds you to clean the washer after every 30 cycles.

We purchased this washer as an open box (new) Whirlpool washer and couldn't be happier. Many people have complained about having to dry the rubber seal out but at this point the water has drained perfectly and has not caused any issues.

Great washer and superior to our previous Samsung. Owned for about a month and it is much quieter and gets clothes dryer on similar spin cycles, which means less dryer time. Very happy with purchase.

So far so good! It’s a little louder than preferred but I also live in an older home So it may just be thin walls. I got the washer with option to load detergent in and then it will sense how much to deliver which I feel is a cool option. Haven’t used it just yet. But will in the future. First few loads had a metal smell to it so you may want to just run it a few times to get the scent out.

Wow... this was a major upgrade from previous washer. This thing has every feature I could ever dream of and the Load & Go option is absolutely genius. Never have to think about detergent again.

bought in spring 2022. had to replace water valve in less than a year. whirlpool replaced under manufactures warranty. Dec 2023 valves and drum motor had to be replaced-fortunately we purchased extended warranty. while replacing valves, the control boards were blown. fortunately we will get our full purchase price in credit but will probably stay away from whirlpool. too bad. used to be such a reliable brand.

I like this washing machine. It’s very convenient that it has the load and go for the detergent. It has a sufficient amount of wash cycles and the pre wash works good for my baby's clothes. The one thing to be aware of is that the door is NOT REVERSIBLE. I was not aware that this was a thing otherwise I would have investigated a bit more before buying.

I have always thought this dryer was a little loud but I have never had a front loader before so I never asked about it. Now it is squeaking and I have only had it for 18 months. Disappointed.

So far good. Ordered in 5/25/20 but I had some delivery set backs. It fits nicely on my Maytag pedestals from my previous set. This set both are quite noisy. Water in - noisy, last spin cycle noisy and water drain are all noisy. Dryer is not a quiet whisper either. It seem to be walking a few inches since the day I had it installed (6/9/20) and today (6/20/20). I purchased floor pads to go under the feet of both W & D, but forgotten to have them added when the installed. Curious if I can tilt my units while empty and pop them underneath? Concerned since I previously read that it wasn’t wise to lie them down after they are disconnected from the boxes during delivery.
