I love that you can just pour the whole bottle of detergent in and it will use what it requires for each load of wash . No more wasting detergent

Cleans well and has plenty of settings for various loads and types of loads. The load n go is nice for the detergent, but it would be nice to have something similar for softener.

Had to buy an extended warranty for both the washer and dryer. Definitely recommend purchasing from different manufacturer completely! Terrible product! On the flip side it's nice to see a purchased extended warranty actually come in use. Not fun to wait a week for service.

There’s a Cold & Color option, but no Hot or White option...? NOT self explanatory - WHAT is the difference between Regular and Normal. It is one of two brands that fit the depth requirement in my new house. Disappointed:(
