This machine has been easy to use, I love the fact that you can start it from your phone and the app will alert you when the wash is complete. The dry drum cycle is also nice to prevent any mold. Would recommend.

Washer works well and is very quiet. Delivery was sub-par as the washer was not level and causing the dryer on top to rock creating quite a bit of noise.

Super happy with my new washer and dryer! The washer does its job perfectly. The spin function on my old washer was starting to struggle so I really notice the difference with how well this washer spins each load.

The whole family loves this! My daughter loves the fact that you have a clean cycle that’s only an hour and a half long. I wasn’t even aware of a clean cycle. The only negative on this is that you have to press and hold the button for it to sense the wash Instead of just a one time punch start

On October 29, 2025, I purchased a Whirlpool 4.5 Cu. Ft. Smart Front Load ENERGY STAR® Washer with FreshFlow™ Vent System (Model: WFW5720RR, Order #BBY01-80710299591) through your website. I have long trusted Best Buy for quality products and reliable service, which makes this experience especially disappointing. At the time of delivery, the installation team stated they had completed a test wash cycle and provided the owner’s manual. However, upon my first use, I immediately noticed the washer was excessively loud, violently unbalanced, and caused significant shaking throughout my home. My laundry room is located on the second floor, and the vibration is strong enough to shake the entire house and the wall of my master bedroom. I attempted to contact the delivery team using the number provided but I was unable to reach them. I was advised to attempt to rebalance the machine myself, which provided only temporary relief. The noise and violent shaking returned and worsened, rendering the washer unusable for its intended purpose and causing significant inconvenience. • Our first request for resolution was initiated on the day of delivery and again on November 2, 2025 • Our second request initiated on December 8, 2025, with a scheduled delivery for December 11, 2025 — no one arrived, and a cancellation notice was not provided via telephone, email, or in writing. • Our third request initiated on December 16, 2025, with a scheduled delivery date of December 19, 2025 Due to these repeated failures, we have lost confidence in Best Buy’s customer service processes. Still waiting for resolution.

Dries efficiently. It weighs the clothes and knows how much for how long. I dont have to worry about checking back on it

Manual of instructions missing, need this to optimize use of this appliance.

Old whirlpool duet washer gave out, this new version work liked a charm. just completed our first of many loads that was piled up, and i was happy to see the hamper empty. Great price and fast delivery.

Exactly what we were looking for! Can’t give it a 5, as I haven’t used enough. FYI, if you want to put on a pedestal,each brand has its own and are not interchangeable, so purchase at same time.I like the simplicity of choices and it seems to be quicker than the timer shows!
