Was told my old pedestal would not fit my new machine which I was told is incorrect, standard size. $300 spent unnecessarily. Poor sales info or sales trick? Not pleased

Had to return/exchange in a week. Takes a minute to figure out how to use it. I don’t necessarily want to download every last thing in my life but instructions have to be downloaded. Best Buy handled it well. Too bad they contract out delivery people. Very hit and miss.

But, I went with it’s past performance. It annoyingly starts and stops and this unit leaked at the bottom of the door.
