Best Buy certificate for insurance and workmen's comp expired. Now they want to come another week later between 6:30 and 8:30 am -- most condos are not open until at least 8 or 8:30. Not happy!

More Like an Old School Machine

We cut our losses and got rid of it after only a year. This Whirlpool is the closest to an old school agitating washer that we could find. The built-in faucet allows us to at least dissolve the detergent a little before adding clothes and and rinse out the cap! Today’s washing machines have taken safety and energy savings to a ridiculous level. The result is frustration and unclean clothes.

Took two wks for contracted repairman came out. It is 12/31/22 still no parts!! Waiting for Whirlpools RESOLUTION! Will never ever buy Whirlpool again. May have to take to court. Been without a washer for almost 2 months now!

Customer paid delivery, accessory parts and in install washer. 2 men were unprofessional, no knowlege of the washer and just shrug their shoulders, when asked question. Customer had flood 15 minutes, after Best Buy men left. Customer has been waiting, for Best Buy to rectify customer dilemma. Customer service are the worst!
