Do Not Buy Whirlpool!

I liked Best Buy installation, but the washer never worked right. The spin setting just starts another washing cycle. Now the agitator doesn't spin or agitate so the clothes are too wet to put in the dryer. I called Whirlpool customer care, they put me on hold for 25 minutes, the soonest a tech can come is 10 days later. Today's the day. I get woken up at 7:20 this morning because the tech called in sick and I need to reschedule. The next tech isn't available for another 10 days. This is a new washer. Why is a company as big as Whirlpool not able to help me. I asked for a new machine. They said no.

Whirlpool Washer

The machine is slightly larger, a little taller, and seems to have a slightly larger barrel. So far it has performed perfectly and we're very happy with it.

Fortunately we were able to do just that at Best Buy.Our newest family member is a great fit for the one we had to replace.And the price was Awesome.......

Great for value, love the faucet option to rinse out stains. Also, I prefer the downy ball for fabric softener so I think keeps clothes soft and fresh.

It does the job and is pretty quiet. The inside is huge can fit at least two blankets depending on how thick it is. But glad I got this washer good price as well.

It's been just a year, and I use this not more than twice a month, so let's say 24 uses in a single year, and it is already giving trouble. Right now you start any cycle, and the washer doesn't take water in, but after a few moments it starts the cycle WITHOUT WATER. Beyond the lack of quality, this product is confusing to use; the cycles are difficult to interrupt, restart or change; it moves wildly from its position if the load is a little heavy, and I am sure it will break one minute right after the warranty expires. The fact that the manufacturer wants you to pay for an extended warranty right after you buy it, proves that Whirlpool doesn't stand behind their products at all. DO NOT BUY THIS - I REPEAT: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT>

Not in the sense of a physical direction or place, but lost in life. I needed a fresh start, a cleanse. I couldn’t afford therapy so my next thought was to get myself clean. Whirlpool has been a life saver. Every year I purchase a new Whirlpool washer and set. This set by far has exceeded my expectations. I may start seeing a therapists now instead of buying washers and dryers
