Great size, great features including energy efficient features, and she loves not having the agitator, which is what kept breaking on her prior washer.

My daughter and I read the instructions and between the two of us we figured the washer out to our satisfaction. It’s working well and we enjoy washing our. clothes and not having to go to the laundromat.

Whirlpool technician has looked at it and tried to fix it and that repair only lasted a few months and now Best Buy is doing the same, but they’re taking forever. Caution.

I will never purchase any appliance online again. I thought I was purchasing the washer with the agitator and it was not.

I like the option to select my water amout, load size,and most importantly I need my washer to high efficiency which this washer didn't offer.

Hopefully I'll have the same answer. I wasn't happy with my GE washing machine. It only lasted two years until the main board quit.
