Customers are positive about the washer's capacity, ease of use, overall performance, size, price, and the convenience of the built-in water faucet. However, customers are negative about the noise level during the spin cycle and the absence of an agitator. Some customers have also reported issues with the lid lock, the spin cycle, and the balance of the machine.

An excellent Whirlpool product! I will say like the other reviewers that this is NOT a quiet device, but gets the job done.

It’s a good solid machine. My only complaint is it doesn’t have a designated entry point for the detergent. It has a entry point designed bleach and that’s it. I know it’s all going to the same place but I should not have to speculate.

Worst washer ever!!!!VERY LOUD AND SHAKES

This washer shakes like it’s going to start walking. Very loud. I thought the hose was going to come off the hole in the wall from the shaking. Horrible! DON’t BUY IT! Save your money and get another brand.

Problems with drain hose

The drain hose is not substantial. I should not have to drill a hole to fasten the hose so that it stays put and the plastic holder to help shape the hose is not appropriate for the job. We have had several floods from the drain pipe due to the bad angle of the hose. The machine makes more noise than I anticipated and I would shop for a different brand if aware. I DO LIKE the open tub without the agitator

The washer doesn't allow you to access the lid once it begins because the door locks even while filling up. But other than that it does a good to what it should do

So far, so good! Washes clothes well. Simple to turn on and off and select options.
The only critical thing Id say is that it is louder than my other washer was, but not terrible. Installation by the Best Buy team was fast and painless.

I like it so far. I wish the faucet button was next to the faucet instead of trying to hold the top open a run water at the same time, but I like having the faucet sink I have no sink in my basement (I max it to fill the iron). Overall I like it.

“Sense Fill” Malfunctions Constantly. Don’t Buy

I hate it. I will never buy another “sense fill” washer again. It constantly malfunctions and I come back an hour later to find my wash never started. I spend so much time trying to reset it using some codes I found on the internet (turn the dial one to the left, then 2 to the right, then back to the left kind of nonsense). It started doing this about 2 months after I bought it and I fully anticipate this washer not lasting more than a couple years before it won’t fill with water at all. Go low tech and get a washer that you can set your water level. This new technology isn’t worth the hassle, especially when a washer has literally one job and if/when the sensor fails, you basically have a giant brick that you have to remove from your house.

Is this the most high end washer on the market? Absolutely not. It is a quality mid-range washing machine. Cycles aren't overly complicated and it's super spacious. Only downside is that it doesn't have a timer display to tell you how much time is left on the cycle.

I purchased this on Aug 10th, about a month ago now. I'm having problems with softener dispenser. When the wash cycle is over, the softener is still in the dispenser. Very strange. I may have to consider returning this
