Problems with Softener Dispenser

I'm having problems with softener dispenser. When the wash cycle is over, the softener is still in the dispenser. Very strange. I may have to consider returning this

Good Washer

When Best Buy delivered it however it wasn't balanced so it wasn't draining right. I luckily bought a warranty so a different company came out and balanced it.

Very different from the 10 yr. old Samsung washer & dryer. Seems to wash the clothes as one would expect. Like the big tank . Lots of clicking and general operational noise.

I love how big it is. I did have to get the instructions out to figure out how to even turn it on but it wasn’t anything difficult
