DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!

It does not complete cycle for blankets and heavy loads. Whirlpool's maintenance man can't fixed its design flaw. Best Buy refused to take flawed machine back because its past their return date (9/30/23). Stuck with a poor quality product. Will not buy any more Whirlpool products.

There was no instruction manual included, but the You Tube channel supplied all the information needed to operate the machine. The product does everything expected at an exceptional price. I am very pleased with my Whirlpool washing machine. I will return to the Outlet store when I need more appliances.

I hope I’m doing it right because it makes a lot of clunking noises when it fills.
