We were happy because is a large washer and it washed good the first few uses. Then it just stopped working. When I contacted the manufacture. They took for ever to send the technician out. After when they came another 30 days for the piece. Stay away from this manufacture. I bought the product at Best Buy but for the first year you have to use the manufacture for any repairs. Ended up repairing it ourself.

When I bought it money was tight so I was going to buy the protection plan within the 39 days, but didn't have the money to purchase one. I think that the problem is with the computer. When I hit the "Start" button, (all of the other lights, like water temperature, fabric softener and extra rinse lights go off-they usually say on.) The machine makes noise but does nothing and then the "sense" light goes off and the "done" light flashes on and off.

Lacks basics

Do not like that there are no dispensers for detergent and softener. Newer machines with Wifi capacity on some that lack the basics????? And need the display to show time countdown. Hate using without these and returning
