I purchased it because I like whirlpool products. I was surprised by the noise of the water filling and a jolting noise as it starts and ends. I also bought a gas dryer that Best Buy’s delivery team couldn’t hook up and left without finishing the set up. I had to hire a plumber and BB wouldn’t reimburse me
