It cleans the clothes, BUT I ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT IT THROUGH THE SPIN CYCLE AGAIN, THEN THE WASHER BOUNCES AROUND. i THOUGHT IT WOULD GET BETTER, BUT IT HASN'T!!!!
