I have had no problems with it since I bought it. Gets my clothes clean.

Hose should have adjustable length. At least 6 feet. Best Buy 3rd party delivery/install was a problem. Required additional cost on my part for them to complete installation. Machine itself is great.

Got it about a month ago and have used it about 20 times. Does what a washer is supposed to do and I really like all the different settings.

Now, I will say poor quality because it only lasted one year before the gear shaft broke down and leaked oil down on the compasitor. Even if you have a two-year warranty, it will take a week or two to get help for it. They will not bring any parts out and will have to order them and that could be anywhere around 1-2 weeks. Please go to a different washer and brand. It was great while it lasted just not good for the long term. The repair techs have seen a lot of the Whirlpool brand break down after 1-2 years.
