Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Samsung washer was evaluated by Best Buy tech and was told that it would cost more to replace it then to repair it I chose this whirlpool washer I’ve never had any problems with whirlpool until now this washing machine is so loud sounds like a lawn mower now instead of allowing me to change it even if I have to pay more whirlpool has to send a technician to my house again ridiculous

Don’t waist your money!

I’ve had this just 2 years and it’s broke AGAIN!! Going to have to have the repair guy come out again for the same reason!!! Junk!!

Installers also broke our mailbox while delivering the machine.

I paid $125 for the repair man to tell me a part broke off and fell into the belt, causing a jam that blew the motor and the repair would cost as much as the machine did itself. If you do buy this money trap, buy the extended warrantee.

My new washer
