I am disappointed in this machine. This machine is very when changing gears , the clothes come out vey wrinkle, and the hose sounds like a loud drum when it is emptying the water

Works great! It has plenty of settings to suit every laundry need.

This may be the worst washing machine we've ever owned. Just about 3 months in now and already two service calls for "noises". The first was a belt, the second can't be determined (it stopped with the tech here and started again when he left, we recorded it). You can't use any of the water saving options as it won't get the load wet enough to wash it (actually had a 2-foot dry circle on a sheet. So that means we are wasting money and detergent because we have to use the maximum water level regardless of the load size. We've talked with Whirlpool and said we want our money back. We'll see what they end up offering. We certainly don't want the same unit again, even with any extended warranty. They need to make it right. Bottom line is beware of this model. Maybe ours is a Monday/Friday unit or maybe it is just a lemon. But we certainly cannot recommend it at all. Based on this, we'll probably steer away from Whirlpool, though that is nearly impossible given they manufacture so many other brands.

This washer is amazing! It is one of the best purchases I have done in a long time. It gets the job done well and it’s quieter than the old one I had. I highly recommend this washer.

It should be zero since that's what I received a non-working machine. The lid does not lock, therefore the machine does a few sounds, then the done light comes on. So disappointed I have to wait until Monday for help since customer service is closed Saturday and Sunday. Headed to the laundromat.

Worked great for two weeks. Third week in it stopped spinning. Technician came out on manufacturer’s warranty and said the unit needed a new motors and capacitor, minimum time required for repair was three weeks. Sent this unit back and went shopping for a different one.

Delivery and install was AWESOME! Unit was in perfect condition! In the future, we will definitely use BEST BUY again for all of our needs!! Thank You! Sears, nothing but headaches, poor delivery conditions, limited stock! All unneeded stress! LS

The unit is a little more complicated to operate than I am used to. But that's only because of the number of options. I like options. This is a great product and I would buy it again.

Cleaning is definitely not effective without the agitator.

Average. Laundry sensor for balancing could use a little improvement. Machine shakes a little much to be an indoors. Especially when washing towels and blankets.

Really like the space with the machine having an impellar and not the traditional spindal agitator. Great for washing comforters.
