Have to constantly use the spin cycle to get the items not to be sopping wet. Worst product ever purchased. Beys buy was NOT helpful when I contacted them. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again!

Great Washing Machine

Not overly complex and does a really nice job, really spins well and it makes our dryers job a lot easier. Our drying time is probably 20% shorter. Would definitely recommend.

Super Loud

Replaced on old (13-14 year old) Whirlpool washer that was loud on the spin cycle. Should have just kept the old one. This one is so loud on all cycles. Trust me, spend the extra money and don't waste it on this one.

It sounds like a small engine making a huge effort to work. I love the geek squad but I won't buy appliances from Best Buy ever again. The return period is only 14 days, and now I am stuck with a washer I don't like. The technician who came to check it out stated: it works as designed.

Set up very poorly done!

Then we noticed when we put wash on ccold setting very hot water filled the tub. The men installing washer put the hot & cold hoses on backwards . I had given them a $20.00 tip which i later regretted.

Had to return it. Best Buy was very difficult to work with on a replacement and after 4 calls where they said they’d call back and did not I cancelled the order and got a refund.

Washer not washing

We've had it less than a year and the locking feature doesn't lock to let the load start up. I have to plug in and unplug it many times and eventually it starts up. The fill sensor also doesn't work. Whirlpool has sent out a service person but he didn't do anything to it. I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews but this washer is no good and best buys return policy and warranty policy is awful. Will not buy appliances from Best Buy again.
