You must wash one sheet at a time. If you wash two sheets on normal cycle or even quick wash cycle, the machine goes off balance, jumps back about 6", and continues cycling forever. Only way to stop it is to turn off circuit breaker. Although I have used many Whirlpool products in the past, I do not recommend this one.
