Cheap and faulty parts

The Controller broke 13 months after purchasing. The appliance repairman has suggested to get a new washer as the controller replacement is several hundreds of dollars. No warranty at all after 12 months from manufacturer. The drain pump also broke, as well as the lid closer.

I would not know how this machine operates, because after one failed attempt to deliver to my house, it finally arrived, however it was so badly damaged it could not be received.
