Clothes still dripping wet after it finishes. Gonna have to return. Avoid it

Stopped working after 4 months. It will just lock and unlock but will not wash.

All bashed in on 2 sides. Best Buy has not adjusted my bill or rectified this.

Product is great and easy to use! Great if you are looking for electric appliances.

It leaked all over the floor! Also clothes were all tangled.

I bought this model just over a year ago to replace a smaller capacity Kenmore that was paired to our still working drier. Capacity wise it's very good and the cycle set ups are pretty comprehensive. We never found a use for the faucet. On the negative side, it doesn't shut down if the load is unbalanced so if it's near another appliance it will walk itself over to knock into it. Also, the lid lock is, as other reviewers noted, very flimsy. We have to have ours replaced at a cost, with labor, at about half what the unit costs at retail. My recommendation, find a less expensive model.

works great, has lot of options but not so many your overwhelmed. Large capacity. easy to use.

The washer does a good job of cleaning clothes. However, it is very loud when first adding water into the machine. The cycles are also longer than older model machines. With these newer models, they don't cover the clothes fully with water, so you have to keep the cycle on deep fill/clean. When these companies change things, I wish they would consult the user to see what they like and dislike about their models.

Its in control of me. Im on second one this month. Called the store re: the fact that the first one, my clothes seem to stay in soak cycling mode for hours on end . Adam called me right back and said they were replacing it. Which they did. ( the first machine) After waiting i would put on rinse and spin mode. 2nd one is running good. I just wish one button would do it all simpler. Honestly, i think a demonstration on this machine to customers would be fantastic. I do like the room it has in the tub. It feels like with no agitater. Ur gaining so much more space

Large loads fit easily. Water faucet makes easy work of taking stains out of clothes at the washer. I like this machine!

Initially we were concerned it was taking an hour to do a load. Then we discovered quick wash mode which cuts the time to a half hour. Easy to use, good quality for the low price. Not for people who want all the bells and whistles. Could use a better user guide.

At first the unit was just fine, but it was extremely loud and shakes everytime on spin cycle to the point i can hear it several rooms away. Its like the tub lacks support. The unit is level, and it feels like it is going to knock all the panels off. Its a cool concept for a washer (removavle agitator) but would not recommend this unit to anyone. Dryer is fantastic. Washer needs work.

Excellent washer. It’s intuitive and easy to operate. It’s a little louder than my last washer, but nothing to complain about.

This washer works great, and has a good amount of settings that get your clothes super clean. I think the only reason why i gave it only 3 stars is because of how loud this washer is. It's the loudest washer i've ever used, so just warning, but it does wash great and can hold large loads

It’s huge- big enough for queen comforter. Washes clothes really well- I thought my old one was good but I can actually see a difference in my clothes. You can’t just spin but there is a short wash option. I like it better than the ones with the center spiral that tangles everything.
