First ine started off ok then less than a week later started snelling like burning rubber . Best buy was amazing with getting us a new one. Second machine ( same one) smelled like burned rubner almost immediately and was noisier and seemed to be working very hard. We just decided to get another machine all tigether.

Broke within 3 months and now been waiting for 4 weeks for a control panel that's got to come from whirlpool with zero ETA. Will never buy a whirlpool product again.

Since it has zero compartments for detergents and or fabric softeners that you have to pour these into the clothing. I’ve never had this issue with past washers. Anyone else experiencing this issue or suggestions on what to do
