The washer is large and does a great job cleaning. I wish it had a buzzer to let you know it is done.

Good washer. Somewhat slow with the impeller over agitator. Massive drum space. Be careful overloading with heavy blankets, towels, etc. as it tends to affect the spin cycle. There have been a few times when items were soaked after the wash. I love the faucet, but wish you could adjust the water temperature. It's only cold.

Its great and holds many clothes but seems louder than my other dryers.But overall good unit so far

I was excited to have a large, brand new washer. At first I loved it but now after 3 months, I am regretting my choice. I hate that it doesn’t have an agitator as clothes goes to one side. Machine shakes SO much that it moves the machine and I always have to push it back. SUPER loud.

It's size is really good it washes a comforter with no problem. The only thing is it can be alittle noisy.

I had this machine for only 6 days when it failed. The washing was not completed so I had to wring the clothes by hand and then empty the water with a hand pump. The technician that came to fix it looked under the machine and a plastic cover and connector were hanging. The wires from the connector broke and the machine stopped working completely. I imagine the items came loose on the truck during delivery and the wires eventually broke with the machine vibration. The technician had to order the part and now we are waiting. He was able to attach terminals to the wires and plugged them into the assembly so that we could use the washer until the new part can be installed. I hope that after this is taken care of, the washer will operate for a long time. My last washer was also a Whirlpool and lasted 10 years and that is why I bought this brand again. Of all the appliances that I purchased over the years, this is the first time I had to call for warranty service.

I love that this model has no agitator taking up so much room! I can add my king sheets into the huge barrel! Easy to operate & does a great jib!

This is a great washing machine as far as efficiency and price! The clothes come out very clean! The washer spins out the excess water so that the clothes are not soaking wet; cutting down on dryer use time. I do have an issue with the noise factor. It’s not terribly loud, I don’t have to turn up the tv. However, I had a really quiet washer prior; this one you can definitely hear when in use. Also the buttons are a little complex and could be simpler. But overall it gets the job done; yes, I would purchase it again…no regrets!

This machine is very easy to use. It holds very large loads. Clothes come out clean. It operates a little louder than I thought.

Great washing machine. Very nice feedback buttons. I had it hooked up and going in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this washing machine to others. Beware if it’s on a main level room in your home it’s on the louder side only due to the fact it has so much power. The clothes definitely come clean first try. The built in facet feature is a total win in my book.

I returned because maybe my wife she didn’t want with out Agitator this new maybe more now how to use need video I think this washing machine not good to top lodging maybe best work for front load need more explain for customers if you buy more to how using if you have more family but I like whirlpool other brands

Listen to the reviews. This is a good washing machine for the price. The cycles run very loud (I can hear the washing machine spinning while I am in another room and the laundry door is closed). Using powder detergent leaves powder residue around the top of the drum. Although the drum is large, certain items do not fully ring out after spinning dry. I would probably not buy this again knowing what I now know about its performance.

Easy to load and clean. Only surprise was how loud it can get when doing a bulky load. However, after multiple loads, the machine seems to have balanced out a bit and it isn’t so loud. A solid machine for the price. We had it delivered and installed by Best Buy. The tech was quick, efficient, and friendly. All around a great experience!

This washer came highly recommended. We were replacing a 17 year old washer of the same make. I wish they still made the old one. This thing is so digitized its not geezer-friendly. It has no agitator and seems to get out of balance about 75% of the time. Sure it can handle large loads but you CANNOT leave the house with it running. Every load must be monitored to catch it before it starts jumping around and doing flips in the utility room. Bedding and towels are a total nitemare. In addition to that, where average loads used to get completed and ready for the dryer in 25-30 minutes, this thing frequently will run for over an hour. With no agitator, im not really sure my clothes will get properly clean on the 'quick wash' setting. One thing i really like is the internal faucet. Very handy. I just miss the old simple wash n go style washers. The older i get, the more old stuff i miss.

Makes a lot of noise at times but it's efficient and a value

It seems to wash fine, but the lid feels like basic sheet metal and clanks loudly if you drop it ( no slow-close option). And it’s somewhat loud. Price is okay. Hopefully it will last longer than the LG I bought just two years ago.

Overall, this has been a great purchase! I have had it for over a week and have done several loads. The size allows me to do more clothes per wash, saving a bit of money on the water bill. This has been significantly better than my front loader!!! The big draw back for people in small spaces is the sound! This is a load machine! It does not bother my household as the living spaces are a distance from the laundry room!

Great washer! Love the quieter spin cycle than my older Whirlpool that this washer replaced. It also has a place to load softener that the older Whirlpool did Norma have. Bright lights with great indicators of cycles. Unique chimes for indicating when washer has completed the work. So far, so good with this product!

Love WHIrlpool washers . Spacious inside. Looks great and does a good job of cleaning the clothes.
