I love my washer! It's easy to use, cycles much faster than my former Maytag front loader, and gets laundry much cleaner. The only thing I don't like is not being able to see whats happening during a wash cycle, to be able to know if I used the right amount of soap. My third-party delivery/set up team was Awesome! Andy was so professional and efficient and knowledgeable about this appliance, all while he was training Chris. They were both wonderful and gave me confidence that I made the right choice going with Best Buy. The purchasing experience at my local Best Buy store was pain-free and fast, since I walked in knowing what I wanted after taking the time to research online. I even got an extended interest free payment plan that helped ease the burden of this unexpected but necessary purchase when my old washer quit.

Cleans as good or better than previous washer(whirlpool) with an agitator, this has an impeller and does fine. The (whites) cycle last almost an hour and the (normal) cycle takes about 10 minutes less. Haven't used other cycles yet, it has many. The reviews were how long it took, so probably has to run longer for doesn't use an agitator. The rinse cycle for adding water's little noisy, as it does this off and on again. Good price and probably easier to use than some others with lots of buttons,

This new Whirlpool washer is the best I've ever had. So large and runs so smooth & can put alot of sheets, towels, blankets in to wash. So Happy I bought this w/d set before moving into new apt. This has been a life changing choice I made at 75 yrs old to make my life easier. G. Ramirez

Just had this washing machine installed (Model: WTW5010LW) and even though the list of features on the Best Buy web site says this model has a fabric softener dispenser, it does NOT. So beware if that is a feature you’re looking for (which I was). I have not used the machine yet, so can’t comment on the quality yet.

I'm giving this 2 stars because it does actually cleans well, BUT it's LOUD! You have to really go old school on this machine. Even with all its technology, it doesn't have a dispenser for your detergent and softener. And just in case I forget to mention it, IT'S LOUD!!! I guess the second star would be that the price was on sale at the time and very cheap. Well, long story short, we returned it and purchased an LG (so much quieter). If you don't mind loud, this is the perfect machine as it does clean your clothes very nicely. But if you can afford a little more, then I'd pay the little extra just for quietness and a little more convenience.

Very good product but lid seems tinney and it is noisy

While this machine does a good job, it is unbearably noisy and jumps around on the spin cycle. Also, the lid is big and heavy—not the kind of thing you want to drop on your hand.

The washing machine is very easy to use, but it viberates during the spin cycle.

Great washer! The product does what I need it to do and it is sturdy enough for my family.

It took me a while to get it on the right wash cycle and learn about the digital options. First time I used the machine it shook like crazy so in order for that not to happen you need to choose the right wash cycle. I am disappointed in the spin cycle and the other option of drain and spin. The clothes still feel too wet. My 20 year old Kenmore front loader did a much better job in the spin cycle.

I’ve always purchased whirlpool products, but I am a little disappointed in this new washing machine. It is very loud and also does not have a fabric dispenser, which I was advised by whirlpool to buy a fabric softener ball to throw in at each washing. Didn’t realize this when I bought it.

It was a year ago that I bought this Whirlpool top loaded washer. I waited this long to write the review. After many usages I can say this machine is great, saves time taking lot of cloths. Love the faucet feature.

I just got my washer a month ago and so far so good. I will say to make sure your settings are correct. By that i mean, heavy wash, normal wash , towels. Ect.

Love the fact that I don't have to decide the size of my load. It seems to take a bit longer for the wash cycle but they spin out so well the drying time is cut down. I guess my biggest disappointment is there is not a dispenser for detergent and fabric softener.

Worst washer I've ever purchased. Third large product in a row that we've bought from Best Buy that didn't even last one year. Loudest washer I've ever heard. Was jumping and moving around erratically since the very first wash, so bad so that I've had to repair the laundry door that it tries to push through. And that's when it works. Half the time, it wouldn't even wash at all without trying 5-10 times or more. Now doest wash at all. Definitely would never recommend this model, and at this point, am definitely DONE with Best Buy, and considering being done with Whirlpool as well for even making a model such as this

I’ve only used it twice but it was easy to install, easy to use and washed the clothes nicely. It was a little odd getting used to the sounds it makes compared to the old one. It doesn’t have an agitator and so it’s quieter, and it seems to cycle more. Seems to be a fine addition to the household.
