It is pretty big. But very loud. And doesn't have a place to put in laundry detergent or fabric softener. Ended up returning it and getting a different model

I’ve only had it for a month but it accommodates larger loads because there is no agitator . My old Whirlpool was 16 years old and only the lower part of the agitator was working . I’m just happy to have a working washer that seems to do a fine job of cleaning my clothes!!

So far so good. We have had this washer for almost 2 weeks with no issues. It is louder than our old washing machine, but not a big deal. I also like that it’s simple and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. It’s also pretty fast. Would buy it again.

Great washer! The product does what I need it to do and it is sturdy enough for my family.

I just got my washer a month ago and so far so good. I will say to make sure your settings are correct. By that i mean, heavy wash, normal wash , towels. Ect.

I am used to apartment living and had not purchased a washer/dryer before. The Memorial Day sale was perfect and this washer is too. It is easy to use and I love the smart sense setting to help conserve water. I also purchased the impeller machine and though I was a bit hesitant since I’ve only ever had agitators in apartments, it was a great decision!

it is so big, and efficient, I like a lot it.... I use less water and Electricity because I can use it twice and none 5.

Lots of space, solid washer, But the controls aren't super intuitive and the latch at the top lock so its harder to add something mid-wash. I think it'd also be nice to choose how much laundry is in a load instead of it just doing so automatically.

This washer has multiple options for types of loads and water temperatures. The impeller design allows for larger loads. The faucet feature is handy for soaking a few items.

After 2 years and and 5 months, the lock latch started acting up, door will not lock and the washer will not run without locking. I ordered a replacement lock and replaced it. The replaced lock worked as it should and the washer started running properly until it was time to spin and drain. It started flashing sense, done and lock lights. At this point i don't think i'll try to work on it anymore!

I love my washer. It serves a major purpose in my house hold as an essential use.

I am so happy with my new washer. I love the look, the ease of use, the low noise level. The built in faucet is a great feature as well. Was hesitant to get a washer without an agitator but I am so glad I did. I am able to wash blankets, comforters and bulky items now.

This is a replacement for my Maytag centennial and I am excited about it. It is huge inside for extra wash load. clothes come out clean. this machine is almost noiseless and very easy to set up.

Worst washer I've ever purchased. Third large product in a row that we've bought from Best Buy that didn't even last one year. Loudest washer I've ever heard. Was jumping and moving around erratically since the very first wash, so bad so that I've had to repair the laundry door that it tries to push through. And that's when it works. Half the time, it wouldn't even wash at all without trying 5-10 times or more. Now doest wash at all. Definitely would never recommend this model, and at this point, am definitely DONE with Best Buy, and considering being done with Whirlpool as well for even making a model such as this

This washer has plenty of room for blankets and the bigger items. I really like that it doesn't have an agitator to catch your clothes in. Too many settings. And no instruction on how long each cycle last for.

Wonderful, even lasted through my move and havent had any problems with it.

I would give this a 0 starts if I could. Biggest mistake I made was not going to see it in person first. I just purchased this washer and it is extremely loud. It also has no drawer for detergent or fabric softener. Whirlpool actually suggests to use a Downy ball, what??? I have not seen one of those since the 1980's. The lid is very cheaply made and flimsy. I would not recommend this to anyone. Only saving grace is that I purchased a 5 year extended warranty which I have a feeling I will be using a lot. I chose this based on the Whirlpool reputation but this one is a bomb!!
