a little louder, not sure if it cleans clothes very well, it does fresh up everything

This is a replacement for my Maytag centennial and I am excited about it. It is huge inside for extra wash load. clothes come out clean. this machine is almost noiseless and very easy to set up.

This washer has plenty of room for blankets and the bigger items. I really like that it doesn't have an agitator to catch your clothes in. Too many settings. And no instruction on how long each cycle last for.

Machine works well. It is a bit noisy. Does not show when the machine is on rinse, just says wash. There is nowhere to put the fabric softener.

I am so happy with my new washer. I love the look, the ease of use, the low noise level. The built in faucet is a great feature as well. Was hesitant to get a washer without an agitator but I am so glad I did. I am able to wash blankets, comforters and bulky items now.

Listen to the reviews! It’s a TERRIBLE washer. I got it on sale, it’s what I could afford. I didn’t mind it being loud. I just needed a washer. Well, it actually does NOT work at all. Less than 2 weeks the lid lock malfunctioned and the washer is stuck on wash. So it continues to wash. It actually went all night. (Thanks for making my water bill high). Bestbuy won’t do anything because you can buy a big appliance and you’ll still only have 15 days unless you spend more money just to have 60 day returns (ridiculous). Coming from a home who does laundry once a week. Don’t get this washer. You’ll be out a washer.

I would give this a 0 starts if I could. Biggest mistake I made was not going to see it in person first. I just purchased this washer and it is extremely loud. It also has no drawer for detergent or fabric softener. Whirlpool actually suggests to use a Downy ball, what??? I have not seen one of those since the 1980's. The lid is very cheaply made and flimsy. I would not recommend this to anyone. Only saving grace is that I purchased a 5 year extended warranty which I have a feeling I will be using a lot. I chose this based on the Whirlpool reputation but this one is a bomb!!

Amazing washer. It is great for blankets, sheets, clothes, and everything we have tossed in it so far. Only annoying thing was we lost power during a wash cycle and we weren't able to open the machine to get the wet clothes out because it automatically locks. You should be able to pop the lock if needed but we weren't able to figure it out. I have yet to re-wash anything because it wasn't clean after the first wash.

This washer is great for my laundry needs. I don't do large loads of laundry and w/load sensor I'm not using water needlessly/wastefully. My laundry is cleaned gently. Love the 30 minute pre-soak feature!

Love new washing machine, it is much louder when operating than prior washers of same brand. Clothes very clean, just getting used to no dispenser for detergent.

I’m very happy with the purchase of this top load washer as replacement of our old Samsung washer. It’s very easy to operate and it’s worth the price.

Loud and shakes violently if you over fill it but aside from that it gets the job done. Decently sized basin. Decent amount of settings. Not a bad purchase

Do Not Buy Whirlpool! I purchased this washer in October 2024. I liked Best Buy installation, but the washer never worked right. The spin setting just starts another washing cycle. Now the agitator doesn't spin or agitate so the clothes are too wet to put in the dryer. I called Whirlpool customer care, they put me on hold for 25 minutes, the soonest a tech can come is 10 days later. Today's the day. I get woken up at 7:20 this morning because the tech called in sick and I need to reschedule. The next tech isn't available for another 10 days. This is a new washer. Why is a company as big as Whirlpool not able to help me. I asked for a new machine. They said no.

I’m not 100% happy it keeps going out of balance, and when that starts happening it doesn’t seem to wash the clothes that good

This washer was a good deal and works very well! We’ve been loving not having the agitator in the way so we can wash bedding easier

Works great but it is really noisy! No timer to tell how long the cycle will be. I wanted something basic and easy though. Clothes are really clean!
