Love the washer! It is so much better than our last one, which was also a new one but had no removable agitator. To get clothes clean on the former one, we had to run the long load and it took over an hour. Happy to say this one moves the loads along quickly and things are already looking cleaner! And for blankets/sheets, remove the agitator - easy!

Just the pictures for me but once I received it I knew I made the right choice. Delivery was also on time with no issue.

So far this washer has been great! I’m finding it easy to use although sometimes I need to go for the deep wash to have a little more water. But again, so far, it’s been great.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I was a little skeptical at first because it was less expensive than the Maytag that I was going to buy, and it does not have a compartment for detergents, etc. but I would not trade it for anything. It cleans my clothes better than any washer I have owned in the last quite a few years. The capacity is great also. I put a whole weeks worth of colors in the bin and there is room for more!

This is the best washer I have ever had! It’s so quiet. Does an excellent job washing clothes, with or without the agitator. Easy to take out and just as easy to put on. I use quick wash only. And it is great. I have no need for the clothes to soak longer. Excellent features…see through top, removable agitator, easy to navigate the key pad and the faucet feature is very helpful if you don’t have a laundry room sink.

My wife and I are extremely happy so far with this washer. My wife loves the fact that you can take out the agitator which allows us to wash big comforters and heavy coats. The size inside is large for a washer that is only 27 inches wide. The settings were easy to figure out and seems to clean very well. It is very nice top loader washer with a see through lid. So far, we have been extremely happy with this washer.

This is my second time purchasing this washer (bought it for our old house before we moved and again at the new house). The washer itself does the job, however, it is so loud when it is filling with water. I have never heard a faucet so obnoxiously loud.

Love it! Removeable auger was the coolest feature and allowed me to wash bulky Items. Would highly recommend. It is a little loud, though, but it did not bother me.

Initially I was not happy that there was no end of cycle indication or time chart with time for heavy loads, bulky loads, delicate loads etc. The Best Buy specifications list clearly indicated end of signal when washer was done. After using washer for a few weeks now am pleased with being able to remove agitator for bulky coats. Rating would have been higher, but product was not represented correctly when it came to end of signal feature. Cannot recommend a washer without and end of signal feature.

It fit's perfect in our small area and gets the job done. Love the glass top to be able to see inside. Love the removable agitator too!

The removeable agitator is a win. Last machine we had did not have the agitator and it does make a big difference in getting the clothes clean. But we can remove it for comforters and bedding.

This is a great washing machine with No Wifi integration that complicates and locks out features like my last machine. Simply connect water hoses, drain hose, and plug it in. Like home appliances should be, plug and play.

Washes will with a lot less water. I was skeptical when i looked through the lid and saw how much water was used that they would come out clean. I have noticed no difference in cleanliness. I also have taken the aggregator out when washing blankets and it makes it easier to load. This washer seems to hold a lot more clothes than my other whirlpool but it was 18 years old when I retired it.

This machine is a piece of garbage. We had it for less than a year before it started malfunctioning. One day, while it was running a cycle, it stopped mid-cycle. The machine was unplugged for a few minutes, and it started back up fine. The next day, it did the same exact thing, but only this time, it did not start back. We had to pull the laundry out, soaking wet, and suction out the water, the best we could. A claim was filed, only to find out it would be three weeks before a "certified" technician could come and look at it. When the technician came to look at it, that was all they did: look at it. The washer worked for one cycle while they were here, and after they left, it went back to its old ways. Save yourself some time, money, and effort. Go for another brand. Whirlpool has definitely gone downhill.

Changing from an older model to this machine took a little getting used to, but I love how clean it gets my clothes. I'd read reviews that this machine is loud. It is louder than I expected, but honestly it's not any louder than my previous machine. There are lots of setting options to use for the type of load you're washing. I'm glad I chose this machine!

After owning this product for 2 years I'm satisfied with the product I just wish it would not take so long per cycle.
