The only issue I have is that at times it will not drain my comforter completely cause me to have to wash it multiple times. The drain and spin function adds more water which I think is odd since I’m trying to drain access water.

Returned because operating noise. Living in a condo with adjoining walls and floor, just wouldn't work. Love Whirlpool and have used for years. It is really loud.

I love the size of the machine the removable agitator, but it’s a little loud when it’s washing

My wife and I are extremely happy so far with this washer. My wife loves the fact that you can take out the agitator which allows us to wash big comforters and heavy coats. The size inside is large for a washer that is only 27 inches wide. The settings were easy to figure out and seems to clean very well. It is very nice top loader washer with a see through lid. So far, we have been extremely happy with this washer.

This item is the best purchased I made it has self cleaning and a lot of options to wash from its detergent sheet friendly it leaves no residue it cleans and makes my clothes clean for days.

Initially I was not happy that there was no end of cycle indication or time chart with time for heavy loads, bulky loads, delicate loads etc. The Best Buy specifications list clearly indicated end of signal when washer was done. After using washer for a few weeks now am pleased with being able to remove agitator for bulky coats. Rating would have been higher, but product was not represented correctly when it came to end of signal feature. Cannot recommend a washer without and end of signal feature.

It is an okay washer. I do like the removable agitator but do wish it had a fabric softener dispenser.

Love that the capacity is HUGE. It’s very deep, which could be an issue for short people to remove finished clothes. Not a problem for me. The spin cycle removes much more water from clothes than my old washer did. Makes drying faster. I can’t figure out how to add detergent and water before adding clothes. In all honesty, there’s probably an easy answer. I just haven’t looked yet

Washes will with a lot less water. I was skeptical when i looked through the lid and saw how much water was used that they would come out clean. I have noticed no difference in cleanliness. I also have taken the aggregator out when washing blankets and it makes it easier to load. This washer seems to hold a lot more clothes than my other whirlpool but it was 18 years old when I retired it.

Works well, I like the clear top and removable aviator. However it makes a lot of noise the beginning of cycle, really loud banging noise.

Washer is great so far. Wish it had a hand wash super gentle cycle like my last but so far really pleased. It is a little noisy but not really more than others

Changing from an older model to this machine took a little getting used to, but I love how clean it gets my clothes. I'd read reviews that this machine is loud. It is louder than I expected, but honestly it's not any louder than my previous machine. There are lots of setting options to use for the type of load you're washing. I'm glad I chose this machine!

Unfortunately, I saw the removable agitator and was blinded to any reviews before I purchased. I have never had such a loud washing machine. When the washer is filling and draining it sounds like your entire house is being flooded. The agitator is loud, you can hear a hum and beep while it is running. This sound is heard over the TV three rooms away. Unlike my old washer, this one does not have a digital timer to know when your load is gonna be done. Cant use when anyone is asleep.

Only had a little while...so far so good. Hope it lasts longer than the last one. I always get the extended warranty because sadly things aren't built to last like they use to be.

Excellent product i just don’t like when you press the faucet thn it drains the water when you press play

Great machine and has large capacity for to wash everything for the whole family. Love the removeable agitator so I can wash bulky things like blankets and extra thick extra large towels. It's been over a month and no issues. It's actually a bit quieter than our old unit of the same brand that's 10 years old.

Clean well. Haven't used all the setting yet but for large loads you should use the deep cleaning option. A little louder than my previous LG, but I will take cleaner clothes anyday over a louder spin cycle.

Love the washer! It is so much better than our last one, which was also a new one but had no removable agitator. To get clothes clean on the former one, we had to run the long load and it took over an hour. Happy to say this one moves the loads along quickly and things are already looking cleaner! And for blankets/sheets, remove the agitator - easy!
