The timer went out leas then a year and its so loud. No place for softner and because of the timer going out the apin cycle doesnt stop. Going back to another company

Love this washer, simple to use, large capacity and aesthetically pleasing. removable agitator makes it great for larger items.

Might round up to four stars depending upon if it can last more than 7 years. But it is an unusually different experience from older style washers. The low water usage mechanics are not really that much of a saver of water, sometimes, if forced to use deep water and long pre soak settings a lot. Which can be at an effectively clean method, but we do use after market laundry sanitizer additives to make sure and to inhibit moldly growth in machine. Not as great as I hoped but it could is about as good as I could get given the manufacturer’s objectives.

this is a good washer. good capacity and serves its purpose.

Clothes come out clean and fairly dry already because of drainage and spin cycles!

I love this washer real easy to operate and I love the bigger size. Makes washing cloth comforters/ sheets so much easier. I highly Recommend the larger size.

I like the washer, however, every time I start it there is knocking Is this normal ? I also miss seeing the timing of the cycle like I had on ny previous GE

I love this washer so much better than my old one. This one washes my clothes, a lot faster and uses way less water. It is a little louder than my old one when it fills up with water, but as long as my laundry room doors are closed then it’s relatively quiet.

I love my purchase and I highly recommend this product. Very easy to use and the setup was not difficult.

So far it is great. Slightly noisy and the removable part so you can wash blankets etc is great like everyone says. Not an HE washer but I wasn’t looking for one. We pour detergent in bottom.

So far so good. I do like the fact that I can remove the agitator. I still prefer to set my own dials manually rather than digitally! I want to run the machine and not the machine to run me!

This is a great product. Ut is easy to use and cleans your clothes very thoroughly and leaves them clean.

We've only had it a couple weeks but so far it is working great. Definitely met our needs and we're glad to own another Whirlpool product. While we prefer an agitator for normal washing, being able to remove it for bedding and larger items makes it a really cool feature.

I dont't like the way the machine starts running before water starts and I do not like the lid lock feature. the value seemed great at first then came all the additions delivery and pickup hoses which I was told were optional if mine were of good quality which mine were less than a year old but the driver/installer told me that wasn't an option and I had too pay $35 after all was said and done the discharge hose wasn't installed correctly and the machine was not leveled. final cost approx $200 additional?

Does what we need it to do but it makes an incredibly LOUD banging sound when filling. The only reason we are keeping it is because the agitator is removable and in inconvenience of starting all over.
