This product is exactly what I expected in a machine. It has a large enough wash bin to accommodate my bigger blankets. I would purchase it again.

I love the washing machine. Definitely a game changer with the removable agitator. I’ve used agitator and impeller models and I love them both. Delivery was on time and prompt and the washer fulfills all my expectations.

First off, I have to thank the sales staff and delivery crew for this order, they did an excellent job, quick efficient and helpful. Now, for this machine, It was truly disappointing to see the results. First, when I received this washer, I found dirt and other particles in the bleach dispenser as well as water still in the drain hole and what looks like residue from a previous host that was clamped to it. I purchased a new machine but this one seemed used when I received it. Now, about this washer's performance, it does not fill up enough to cover the clothes so the top layer doesn't properly wash regardless of the agitator being used. It also requires that you put in your soap and then your clothes before it fills the drum with water and if you pause it before it finishes filling, its likely to just dump out all the water again, attempt to autosense your clothes and then fill up again. I personally like letting it fill with water and then adding the detergent so that it doesn't just soak directly into the clothing but you can't do that with this machine. This next point may be me not using it properly but I found that it would rinse more times, filling up with water, shifting the clothes a bit and then dumping it before attempting the spin cycle. It seems as though its trying to balance to load and this with just a half-hamper of clothes. Finally, once I was done washing I found the clothes came out looking worse, covered in lint. Did poorly against dog hair but that I can understand, my shirts however, just filled with lint and other pieces that just weren't washed well at all, Ultimately, I'm very dissatisfied with this machine. I understand the goal to make these new machines as efficient as possible but limiting us to auto-sensing water levels, requiring the machine to fill up to balance the load over and over until it gets it right and leaving clothes needing another wash feels like they've solved a problem by making it worse. I really wanted to like this washer but for all its advancements, it underdelivers and performs poorly.

COMPLETE JUNK! I purchased this set on March 13, 2022 and was delivered March 21, 2022. I used this washer TWICE and it is broken. It will not unlock or drain. Called Best Buy, unplugged machine to unlock and get work clothes out. Machine still will not drain. They are doing pick March 30, 2022.

I purchased a Whirlpool washer expecting good quality, but after just 14 days of use, it broke down! The machine vibrated excessively, made loud noises, and eventually stopped working completely. It’s unbelievable that a brand-new product could be this unreliable. Even worse, the return policy offered no support. I contacted customer service but received no help whatsoever. I called multiple times, and the staff either didn’t answer or responded carelessly, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The after-sales service was absolutely terrible, leaving me feeling abandoned after my purchase. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before buying this product. Poor quality, awful customer service—definitely not worth the money!

Great washer! What a HUGE difference from my LG. I've done every type load & a large quilt w/agitator out. NOT once did the load go off balance. Clothes are thoroughly cleaned but not all tangled up. Wish I had stayed with Whirlpool. Won't make that mistake again!

I love how you can remove the agitator from the washing machine that way you could wash heavy blankets without the machine breaking and make sure you press deep water so you can have more water in your clothes

Washer works great and is very spacious. Only complaint is it is very loud. Still a great deal for the price.

Great machine and $$ value. My clothes come out really nice. Not twisted. A little confused on how to put detergent in before putting clothes in. He has a huge huge capacity. I wish I had it when I had kids.

Amazing product i purchased a washer with best buy since 2023 and its still working like if i had just purchased it.

With agitator in use the balancing of the load must be done very evenly or it will not finish the entire wash cycle. With agitator out it balances nicely but does not get clothes as clean.

Love this washer and dryer. If you have a big load you could take out the middle so your blankets and sheets can fit. I put 2 of my big blankets in at one time. I love this product.

Love this washer, it’s huge. Does a great job of cleaning clothes. Only about 3 months of owning, has developed tiny rust spots on drum.

Installation was simple. The supplies for the incoming water are in an easy to get to location. The machine itself is nice. Great machine for the price.
