The controller panel is user friendly and love the fact that the agitator is removable.

It’s so loud! Love the capacity and ability to remove the agitator as needed, but it’s an extremely loud machine.

Personally, I liked the washing machine, the design and how it works, but it gets stuck a lot when washing, whether it's a little or a lot of clothes, because it is not well "balanced", and you have to rearrange it many times, but it washes very well

I love that its simple to use, good size for a family of five, good over-all quality wahing machine.

I absolutely love this washing machine! The added faucet feature is a time saver and i can wash so many different ways, including taking out the agitator to wash big blankets

No issues or problems. Very easy installation process. Almost plug in play. Love the option of the removable agitator for big loads like blankets and linens.

I really wish I would have done more research before I bought this machine. It was on sale and it was a Whirlpool, so I thought I couldn't go wrong. Wrong! This machine does not clean clothes. My clothes come out with the original dirt on them, still smelling worn. I can even smell the cologne on them from the last time they were worn. In addition, no matter how I load the washer, every single load gets off balance. I have to re-balance the load and run the spin and drain cycle. I have had clothes come out so wrinkled that even after another wash they are still wrinkled and I have had clothes come out with detergent stains on them (they are so poorly washed that the detergent isn't even washed off). I absolutely do not recommend this machine.

Loving my new Whirlpool washer. It has a huge tub and I love the glass top. Love that it allows for the steam settings on my dryer. Not too noisy either. Very nice looking washing machine.

Very efficient. User friendly & water saving. Never before seen a washer that uses a sensor to estimate the water for every load. Read that whirlpool is one of the best products you can buy, my new fridge & washer has proven that statement right. Extremely happy with this purchase for my parents home.

I am very pleased with this washer. It’s really big for large loads, heave loads, and even comforters. This washer does it all. Cleans well and is quiet. I also love the look of the glass door makes it look more elegant.

I already own this washer and love it, so i decided to gift my mother with the same one for her birthday. She loves it! The purchasing process on the Best Buy app was so easy and quick! The curbside pickup process with the app took maybe 5 minutes. I was so impressed! And, the associates were so helpful and friendly!

It so quiet and washes very well, leave my husbands construction clothes as clean as I like them!
