Good basic washer with an agitator. It does not have a timer to be able to tell how long the cycle will last.

Love our new washer.. also love the fact it has a removable agitator. Love this product 100%

If I could give this Washer minus 5 stars that would be its rating. There is no place to put the detergent. You have first pour the detergent or drop a pod into the basket, then add the clothes, then start the cycle. There is NO WAY to add the detergent to the water so it dissolves first. The geniuses over at Whirlpool who thought this up obviously never did a wash in his/her/their life. On more than 1 occasion I washed a load only to find out the detergent stained some of the clothes in the washer. I am now trying pods to see if that solves the problem. It doesn't even get out all the stains. I am so angry. I'm past the point at which I can return this. I may just take it to the dump and burn it. I had a Whirlpool washer for 17 years and it worked great, it took 17 minutes to complete a cycle, and gave me twice as much flexibility to set the washer so i would get the desired result. The motor died and instead of replacing the motor I thought I'd get more value from buying a new machine. Boy was I wrong. Now it takes me TWICE as long and up to 3 times as long to complete a cycle. My washing schedule went from 1 hour to 3 hours.

Washes pretty good. But too noisy. Would have liked it to be a little quieter.

So far, im loving this washer.. This washer is very deep inside and has lots of room inside for big comforters. Removing the agitator gives the washer even more room.

Very nice machine for the price. Works as advertised. Good looking machine that's easy to understand and use. Removable agitator a plus. All good so far.

We did a lot of research before our purchase, and through many recommendations, some by service technicians in the business, we were led to buying the Whirlpool brand. And we are very happy with our selection. Great washer by a great company.

I have washed several loads of clothes since the day of the delivery. I feel my clothes are cleaner with the agitator compared to not having one. This product is a little louder than my last washer but not enough to not recommend the product.

I love the removable agitator - great for bulky items or for delicates. I also like that the machine determines the correct amount of water - great water saving feature. Plus, with the glass top, it looks great.

I did not like the Whirlpool - 4.7-4.8 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer with 2 in 1 Removable Agitator - White washing machine. I returned and exchanged it for something different a week later at Best Buy. It seemed the machine did what it wanted to do instead of what I set the digital settings to be.

Good capacity. Handled king sized comforter with ease. Quality of cleaning as good as any washer I've owned.

Not sure if I like this washer or not. Seems to go out of balance easily and makes a lot of noise if washing bulky items like towels or area rugs. Also not sure I am happy with the lower amount of water it uses. Have to try it a little longer.

This came in clutch before work. I was getting up for work and my wife came in the room in a panic and said the washer was leaking water and I was did not have time to try to fix it. So I headed to my local best buy outlet center and picked this washer up. It was easy to insall and was able to do all this before I had to go to work and my wife didn't have to go to the laundromat.
