Great washer for the price! Love the removable agitator that comes with it.

It is a bit of a learning curve compared to old washer. I like the idea of an agitator plus removable very happy so far.

Loving this washer. Love the glass top and the smoothness. I can't say enough about being able to wash drapes and king comforters while removing the agitator. My laundry days of outsourcing are over!

Clothes come out super clean. Love everything about this washer except spin cycle can be very loud, thankfully it’s in the garage. Has many different settings that are useful.

Washer is great bang for the buck. no thrills, no fancy things that can break, just a good washer. Does not have time left which I would like but other than that it does the job.

Amazed that we cant build appliances that are reliable and last more than a few years. Thanks to corporate greed appliances are no longer made in America and you dont get what you pay for..

Great washer, the features that come with it are amazing for family use and being able to remove the agitator was the main reason I bought this washer since we have big comforters.

Love this washer! So many cycles to choose from including an extra rinse and deep water fill! Huge improvement over the front loader we had.

Seems to wash for an extended time. Don't like not having a place for adding softener. When you pause it, you can't really tell if it's on the rinse cycle, and then it spins again, so can't' help but think the softener gets spun out.

Ordering online was easy. The pickup process was a little confusing. They didn't really know what I was picking up. It just took a little longer.

Heavy, bulky items such as rugs or a heavy load of towels sometimes will cause the washer to "rattle and roll", go off-balance, perhaps causing the machine to rotate or "shake" away from its position on the floor. Or, conversely, a load too light will cause the same effect. Solution: put in more items than your used to, but not overly heavy.

It’s a Terrific washing machine appliance ! This machine replaced a Maytag Bravo XL in which The memory board burned out after 5 years ! Now my clothes are Cleaner & Brighter- Thank You Best Buy” !!!!

I purchased a Washer & Dryer set on 4/5/25 at The Coconut Point Store in Estero, Florida. The merchandise was on 4/9/25. The delivery was done. They came in took the machines and were gone in about 35 minutes. Later I realized that the dryer was not checked for content. I went to the store the morning of 4/14/25, trying to find where the dryer was or its contents. At that time, I spoke to Javon C, a manager who said that he wasn’t sure, but he believed that the picked-up machines were sent to Miami. I asked him to check further. Since I had not heard from him by 4/17/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Josh A another manager. He assured me that Javon would reach out to by 4/22/25. On 4/24/25 I returned to the store and spoke to Staci D another manager. She assured me that issue would be resolved and that she would escalate the issue to the LPR department. On 5/2/25 I spoke with Hunter another manager at the store and he told me that he would look into it and get back to me. On 5/15 I called Hunter again and he told me a new store manager was in place and he would discuss with him and call me back that day. On 5/20/25 I called and left a message for Hunter requesting a call back. What appalls me the most is the complete lack of customer service and follow through by this store and its management team. It is difficult for to comprehend that the 4 managerial people that I have dealt with at the store have NEVER call me back. I assume that as an individual customer I have no value. My local Best Buy was more compassionate in trying to provide help and answers, but to seem to receive the same response. Henry F
