Works very good just what I needed nice color like the glass lid

I love the optional agitator. It’s easy to remove for large loads and just put back in with smaller loads.

Love the faucet setting. Wish there was a spot for fabric softener but we got the Downy ball, so that helps.

We’ve had this washer for a few months and we are really happy with it. So far we have had no problems. It does a great job and the installation was effortless.

Not sure of clothes going back and forth sitting on the top is considered washing. Clothes against the wall does not go through the agitator. Clothing on the very bottom and center do wash very well but not for a family of 4. Yes clothes will wash with extra amount of water adding the Deep water and Extra rinse option, but that’s only if your willing to have a high water bill and hour + of wait time and still have soap residue on clothing. Works great on small amounts which still leaves me putting more to wash and still equals to high water bill and more wait time. No thank you. Returning product. Less than a month.

At first it was confusing but now I like it. It does shake and move sometimes.

Great washer, also bought the dryer. Had the same one for years and they lasted a good while and knew I had to go back with the same one, they are just more updated from my old ones!

You can't add anything to it bc the door locks. If you stop it it starts over. I can't just do a spin cycle alone. The hose directly underneath was cracked and leaking.

The washer works fine and the person who waited on us at Best Buy was most informative and helpful.

I love this washer. Its very quiet and love the fact that you can see you loads wash.

Bought this washer a little over a year ago. First one last a week. They sent a replacement under warranty and this one lasted just longer enough for warranty to expire. I thought Whirlpool was supposed to be a good brand, i was wrong unfortunately. Have a Whirlpool fridge also and not much different, but wont get into that. If looking at this washer, do yourself a favor and run away from it. Complete garbage. First review i have ever written like this, but had to say my piece. Thanks.

The washing machine is working well so far after one month!

We purchased this washer, not knowing it had been used because we were not told. There is a crack in the bottom of the washer Water came out of the hose when we tried to hook it up, So we never did hook it up We returned the washer & dryer. We were told we would receive compensation ( gift card) Because of all the trouble we went through, We have contacted them several times all we get are promises…Nothing more. It’s been 3-4 weeks and we still have not heard from Best Buy
