Great washing machine. Removable agitator gives the option for deeper cleannon regular loads, or extra capacity for big loads like blankets. Cleans very well. Only thing I would have liked more is it does not have audio to confirm changing settings or starting thw cycle. Not a big deal once you recognize it, but would have been nice.

This washer is a small simple washer. Affordable. Manuel dial. Deep water setting or a sensor for water level. Set it and wash. There’s no timer or indication of when to add softener. There’s no seperate compartments for liquid detergents. There is a small compartment for liquid bleach. I found myself running the load twice. Once on a regular wash mode of your choice, then again for a quick wash to add my softener. Nothing special about it. Im not a fan of it. For my first washer, it does the job. I would recommend spend a few more dollars & get a digital or more advanced washer

Excellent washer at a reasonable price, a little louder than the old Cabrio was, but does an even better job washing clothes. The removable agitator is great for cleaning bulky items.

Had a good old washer for about 20 years and when it couldn't be fixed I had to get a new one. I was nervous about getting a new one because of numerous horror stories I had heard about new washers. Finally decided on this one even though some of the reviews weren't great. I'll say that I didn't know what those people's expectations were but this machine does a great job! The clothes are clean, the washer is quiet. The wash cycle doesn't take a long time either. It senses the amount it water it needs which worried me at first but the clothes come out clean every time so it's great that it's more efficient. Wasn't sure if I would like the luck list feature but it's easy to get open if I need to put in an extra piece so that's ok. Only thing I wish it had was a place to add fabric softener, not for sister but because I like to use laundry sanitizer which needs to be released in the rinse cycle. I got a Downey ball but I don't like how that works. I think I'm just going to start adding a little vinegar to the load and see how that sanitizes then I won't even have to worry about that. I telling you, didn't let those bad reviews scare your away from this washer. Just read the instructions provided, follow them and let it do it's thing. It's great!

This is the best no frills washing machine.. I love it ..and the best part is the removable agitator...when i run alot of towels or bulky things just take it out...love the fact its uses water...im having zero regrets getting rid of the HE .high efficiency washer..i hated that washing machine..glad it was on its way to a breakdown with the bearings..my husband researched this washer from whirlpool, and i am very happy with this choice.

Very roomy and ability to remove agitator a plus. Not sure if large enough to do a quilt. If so, a major plus.

What i like the mkst about this washer is the ability to remove the agitator from the middle. This allows for more washing. All digital easy to you.

Got excited to learn about this washer and its removable agitator, although a few not so good reviews made second think about purchasing it, I couldnt pass on the major dicounts I recieved from purchasing as an open fair item. At first the loads were not filling up with the desired water according to sense weight, but after some reaearch I was able to re-calibrate washer and it has been excellent since doing so. Definately suggest a re-calibration to maximize its potential!!

Our old Whirlpool washer finally gave out after 18 years and we bought this as the replacement. It does an amazing job getting our clothes clean! You can get an incredible amount of laundry in it as well.

I love the way you have 2 in 1 washer machine. You can do from a small to a commercial load of laundry. With this washer you can even wash you bed comforters and will not get damaged like the other one. The spinner is removable and it have a lot of features you can really use and will help you with all your laundry needs.

Only had a little while...so far so good. Hope it lasts longer than the last one. I always get the extended warranty because sadly things aren't built to last like they use to be.

There are many positives for this washer- it cleans my clothes in cold water, it has a big tub so I have washed a queen size comforter with no problem in it. The agitater is easy to remove. These are not negatives but I think they take away from the rating- machine is noisy, wash cycle is long, selecting the cycle is not intuitive, top locks after I push start so additional items can not be added.

Works great. Easy to operate. Low noise. I love the self-balance feature.

Have only used it a few times and it seems to work just fine. Easy to use and clothes are coming out very clean. Like the agitator. Very happy with my purchase.

It is an okay washer. I do like the removable agitator but do wish it had a fabric softener dispenser.

So far, unit is performing well. Has replaced a similar Whirlpool washer. It is noisier than expected. My wife does like the feature of being able to remove the agitator when washing certain items.

A little noisy, but otherwise it is a very good machine. My wife likes the feature of being able to remove the agitatorfor larger pieces like bathroom rugs.

Great washer, just what you’d expect from Whirlpool. This is to the reviews stating it doesn’t add enough water. Read the manual, it does that on purpose - DONT ADD MORE WATER BY HAND - this washer will wash your clothes with the amount of water in the load.

Returned because operating noise. Living in a condo with adjoining walls and floor, just wouldn't work. Love Whirlpool and have used for years. It is really loud.
