I don't like that it has too many buttons, for example, if you need a softener you have to click on or is not going to add the softener. You cannot stop in the middle of the cycle. I don't feel that this washer does a good cleaning. I have found white spots in my color clothes and I used tide liquid soap.

All features easy to use and runs very quietly. I really like the agitator.

We went to buy a inexpensive washing machine, but after the sales associate assisted us, we ended up buying one that we thought was out of our league, and it was a complete score, and I'm glad we decided to go to Best Buy instead of Costco.

Seems much larger than out old machine. Also seems very efficient.

I am glad I bought the 5 year service plan because I've had the geek squad out several times in the first two years. New transmission, new belt, other parts replaced that I don't remember. I bought the matching dryer and it already needs a new motor. I purchased new machines but they give me just as much problem as my old machines. I'm very disappointed in the cheap quality of these Whirlpool products, I thought I was buying quality products but I was wrong.

We purchase this unit as a replacement for our 25 yr old washer. We have stepped into the future! Lots of electronics on the new units. We reviewed many different manufacturers and models before deciding on the Whirlpool. Works very well. We look forward in hope to many years of service from the washer.

We ordered this one because it had good reviews but I am here to tell you IT IS NOT WORTH IT. The first one we got was dented so deeply they didn't even feel comfortable leaving it with us until the new one came, the second one we got would pretend like it was going to run a cycle then it would drain and say "wash complete" when it hadn't even been running more than a minute, and the third one we have now makes a terrible screeching sound every minute or less. We will not be getting a replacement for this because it was that terrible of an experience. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst pile of machinery I have ever had in my house. For starters, it makes a loud grinding sound as the washing column rotates back and forth and this goes on for the duration of the cycle, the shortest being the "quick wash" which goes on for an hour and 20 minutes. I have never heard such a loud washer, even in laundromats. Further, not enough water goes in to completely cover the clothes no matter what the size of the load is or how you set the "deep water" level. That control, by the way, does not allow the choice of the deepest setting. Therefore, there are spots in the load that not only DON’T get clean but also DON’T even get wet. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied.

Too noisy!! I would not recommend this washer at all
