Took some adjustment to make the switch from manual knobs to a digital button display, but neither a pro or a con. Washes clothes well as expected.

You cannot stop in the middle of the cycle. I don't feel that this washer does a good cleaning. I have found white spots in my color clothes and I used tide liquid soap.

New transmission, new belt, other parts replaced that I don't remember. I bought the matching dryer and it already needs a new motor. I purchased new machines but they give me just as much problem as my old machines. I'm very disappointed in the cheap quality of these Whirlpool products, I thought I was buying quality products but I was wrong.

We have stepped into the future! Lots of electronics on the new units. We reviewed many different manufacturers and models before deciding on the Whirlpool. Works very well. We look forward in hope to many years of service from the washer.
