Fingers crossed, previous model not good but so far so good this one. Like faucet and drain and spin cycle. Can just hand wash and then drain and spin,

I have had this washer for a month now and find it very easy to use, it’s quiet and does an excellent job in getting our clothes clean.

DELIVERY DRIVERS NOT VERY FRIENDLY IN A BIG HURRY , I ASKED THEM TO TAKE BOXES WITH THEM AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR ME TO GET PRODUCT OUT OF BOX. I FELT LIKE THEY WERE RUDE

Works so well I don't really need a dryer! It washed my huge load of clothes, got out the dirt and grease with 1 wash and the spin cycle has the clothes dry enough to hang off you don't want to dry your clothes fully! Easy to reach clothes in the washer. Easy to use buttons and saves on energy!

It is a great washer for the price point. As others have mentioned it is a little loud but not enough to be disruptive. Cleans well and I like all of the features. The minimal amount of water that comes out makes me nervous but I know that’s how they all are these days. The deep Water feature to add additional is nice.

Love the push buttons and computer screen. Starting a wash is like sitting down to your computer to begin a task. Washing is as easy as 1,2,3. My only regret is my husband cannot help with the wash he don't understand the conputer language.

I love all the features this washer has! I can determine how high the water fills. Wanted a washer with a soak cycle and this one fills the bill. Definitely happy with this buy!

So far so good works ok very quite long pauses between cycles so you have to patience and wait.it takes some getting used to. I’m from old school so it takes some time to get used to modern stuff

Washer is noisy. It's in the laundry room in the basement and I can hear it upstairs.

Can’t figure out how to use the fabric softener dispenser. It won’t dispense during a wash cycle

So far it works ok. Looks great. I hope the digital screen doesn't go out anytime soon. It's a little loud but doesn't really bother me I just close the laundry door. There's so many options it's a little overwhelming so look over the manual at least once.

Quiet, versatile, so many features that make life easier, including delayed start and sanitize! Fantastic machine. Recommended.

This whirlpool washer, is very good. It washes my clothes very well and is spacious.

I like the washing machine. However, I do wish it was a little quieter. Also, I think in the specs; It showed three spin choices but only has two. We also had to exchange the first machine. The first knocked around and made loud noise. The second one is quieter but could be better on noise.

The washer looks very nice, it works good, it's just different, I was use to the old one, now it takes a long time to start washing the clothes

I love my new Whirlpool washer and dryer. It could not be any better. The service at Best Buy when I bought it, and the two, young men who installed them were fabulous!
