    Very pleased with this unit. Like the fact this unit had an oscillator for extra cleaning power. Although it’s digital-very pleased.

    I had a bad experience with in store sales person. So i purchased on line. The website was easy to understand, had free installation. Delivery and removal of old product was a plus. Just with they had more sales!

    Within 3 weeks of purchase the washing machine is making a horrible sound. Have to call geek squad back our. At this point horribly disappointed.

    Washing machine seems to be working well. Delivery was horrible. Delivery people did a drop & run, & didn't hook up anything.

    This is a new washer that just came out aand we love it. Very easy to use. Eventhough it has an agitator, it doesn't "destroy" our clothes. Very gentle. Has not given us any issues

    You can trust a Whirlpool. After being burned by LG one too many time, we changed all of our appliances to Whirlpool and never looked back.

    Worst washer ever owned, quit the 1st time just out of warranty. Had to have the capacitor replaced after 13 months of ownership, now it is acting up again with speed sensor error, won't spin the clothes out. I'm so frustrated by this washer never again Whirlpool you fooled me once.

    I purchased this washing machine 11 months ago and it ha already stopped working.It started by cancelling the cycle and say that the wash was complete before it started.I called best buy because it was still under warranty.A repair person came out and was in my house less than 30 minutes.needless to say its not working again.I am Highly disappointed

    Going in a week now since we got it on 6/16/20, it has been very quite and been washing our clothes every other day. It is a push buttons (modern) and still trying to get used to it. We love it our new washer and highly recommended.
