We don't have a basin in the washroom so I thought I'd use the prewash station more. The top isn't flat so you can't put things on top while it's running. It's annoying that you have to press and hold the start button.

Negatives are the tray holding the fabric softner is not too sturdy. Also not sure about some of the settings.
