    We went back to this model because it has an agitator dual action washing mechanism. Replacing machine that had an impeller mechanism which we never were happy with. So far this is the best washer we have ever owned, Very satisfied so far.

    Like the size but its really loud. We've had it just over a year and having to get it serviced because the spin cycle was on for 4 hpurs.

    Loads easily become unbalanced, creating lots of rocking and a terrible racket. Moving between cycles also causes loud noise. Spinning is also terribly noisy. We have to replace after only a year because it is so disruptive -- too noisy when we're home and too poorly balanced to use when we are away.
