It cleans my clothing and doesn’t damage them like my old washer did. I do like the self cleaning feature that this washer has. This is definitely a good buy.

Definitely takes a long time to wash...but with count down timer you know when to return. Biggest complaint= delivery refused to level an obviously unlevel machine. My nephew and I (recovering from a total knee replacement) had to do it ourselves. That's why it did not get 5 stars. Plus no call to notify us they were even going to arrive...the day before and the day of...

The only thing, I have to get used to is the time it takes to do laundry. We love it and would not change it for anything.
