The first one we got was dented so deeply they didn't even feel comfortable leaving it with us until the new one came, the second one we got would pretend like it was going to run a cycle then it would drain and say "wash complete" when it hadn't even been running more than a minute, and the third one we have now makes a terrible screeching sound every minute or less. We will not be getting a replacement for this because it was that terrible of an experience. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!!!!!!!!!!
