Top load washer is the way to go!!! Exceeded My expectations

I bought the Washer and Dryer pair while they were on sale for a great price, but they haven’t been delivered yet, since we’re still under construction. However, I have always bought and trusted the Whirlpool name, and I’ve seen my sister’s set (the very same models I bought) in action, and I know I will love mine, because my sis loves hers! Thank you!

This washer was promised to us after our first one arrived defective, we were given a delivery date and the evening before delivery we received an email (after business hours) that our delivery was delayed, no reason, just delayed. The next day we spent 7 hours on the phone trying to get an answer and get the delivery scheduled again. We were hung up on 4 times and passed off to other departments or promised calls back that were never returned. After 7 hours I tried the online chat and was told to call the local store. Our local store was floored by how our entire purchase was handled and told us that the washer wasn’t even in stock so when they told us the delivery date was rescheduled they lied. They didn’t even have one! So the store helped us to get a different washer.

This washer is quiet to operate with many wash cycles and large tub

I purchased this product based on Whirlpools reputation of quality products The detergent and softener tray is cheaply made and seems it can be easily broken The machine is extremely noisy In the spin cycle I thought it was breaking up. I may have to contact the repair department if this keeps happening The company didn't do enough minimize the noise of the machine

its ok i guess its small and instructions are not clear , no one showed you or displayed on how to first start it

This washing machine stop working after 5 times of normal usage. Technician claimed the basket was damaged and need to order a new replacement part from factory. Received no called afterward and now we stuck with a $800 useless garbage for a month. Still under warranty but have passed the 30 days return window.

Wanted something that had a reliable reputation and this brand was on the short list. It wasn’t my first pick, as that model was sold out and back ordered, but I haven’t had any issues. I like the chime it plays when it’s finished. I also like being able to see through the top without opening the lid.

Melissa was the purchaser of the gift to Hilda, my sister. The men were 1 1/2 hours past the end of the promised delivery time, arrived at 5:50 pm. I had to ask them to show me how to use the washer. One of the guys tried to scratch up the washer and tear down the bi-fold door to the washroom by pushing the washer in the room without snapping the door open. He ignored me when I told him that the door could be easily opened at the top to make more space. All customers should be served the same regardless of race and community location because the price is the same in the upper class communities!

Washer goes off balance a lot. If you can deal with that, buy it

I have always loved Whirlpool products, but this washer is definitely not on that list. It never puts in enough water even when the deep water is selected. The tiny upside down agitator serves no purpose that I can see. I never feel like the clothes are clean even though it takes a lot of time to go through its cycle.

I’ve had my washer for about 6 weeks, and it’s already having mechanical issues. It squeaks terribly when it is filling and spinning.

It is extremely noisy when doing washes and I am extremely confused as to why? It sounds broken!

Can’t handle large loads without making a lot of noise. I’m sure the bearings will break soon.

It doesn’t take off stains and I run it twice. Really disappointed.

Great washer a little noisy but it gets the job done. No comparison to a Samsung…which stinks. Whirlpool the best!!!!!

I am having problems with this washer, its 9 months old and not working properly

we got these two units and are very happy with them. The units do all the guess work for you with water fill and balancing for the washer. And the dryer will shut off early if the clothes are dry saving electric.
