In laundry bags sometimes clothes partially dry. Makes an awful noise and shakes the plumbing throughout the house. WP repairman not able to fix problem.

I like the fact that it tells you how long each cycle last. Interesting to see that it does not fill up with water like older washers did.

We were told it will be November before they can get someone out to fix it. We will not be buying anything else from Best Buy

Complete waste of my time.had to take my business to lowes with no issues perfect washer and dryer first time around. Would have loved to keep my business with best buy but don't like my time wasted on poor warehouse handling of appliances.

Best Buy was no help and because it is "cosmetic" Whirlpool will not fix it. The out shell warper and is now throwing off the entire spin. It's been nothing but a pain!

Very poor design! Owners manual is a joke. I thought whirlpool was better than this!
