I had this item for about 40 days. It had an electronic problem from the get go. Whirlpool sent a Techie out to fix, but it only worked once and then the same problem occured. Sent it back and replaced with LG washer which, at least so far, is much better.

Poor quality and washing machine is broken and not even one month

It is a very loud machine in every type of cycle very disappointed

Machine broke after 2 weeks. Whirlpool handles their own repairs. Loved the machine until it broke. Now I’ve lost all confidence with it and whirlpool service. The repairman was great but 30 minute wait on the phone not so much. Buyer Beware!

Horrible washer. Did not even last us 2 years, and the parts and labor to fix the washer, cost more than the washer itself.

This is a nice upgrade from our 10 year old basic washer. More options than most people will ever use. The 4.7 cu. ft. Capacity is one of the biggest benefits. We had hoped it would be quieter, but I guess you can’t have everything - at least at this price point. Yes, I’d buy it again and yes I’d recommend it to a friend,

Easy to use and gets the clothes clean. Doesn't use too much soap or softener. The one drawback is that it is not very quiet!

Love this washer! Good capacity; love the top load feature. Can wash the biggest blankets in it!

within less than one year of purchase I was having electronic circuit board problems requiring repair. Glad I purchased a 3 year protection plan. Problem fixed but in year two I was having the same problem. Its a nice looking set and does a good job cleaning clothes but having to schedule frequent repairs makes the product not worth it. The geek squad repairman was great though.

I generally like Whirlpool products but this one has some issues. I wanted a basic model with dial operation no push button electronics( I don't need to operate my washer from my cell phone) but all the basic models were back ordered so I settled for this set. I read some reviews about how noisy it is but I figured they must have the washer in the house or they're super sensitive. Wow its crazy loud from the garage! It bangs like its out of balance but its not. Its an internal loud banging noise. 1 month in and I'm receiving error codes like F7E1 contact service and messages to run a wash cycle to clean the machine with bleach or special pods...really seriously my cloths aren't that dirty! The last silly irritating thing is the need to turn the power on each time and then hold the start button down for 3 seconds to start...why?? My last whirlpool washer was still working fine after 20 years and I traded for this "upgrade"...I guess I'm an old school basic washer fan, no whistles and bells please just wash my cloths!

Worked awesome for 3 1/2 years. Motor just fried on it. Was quoted over $300 to replace motor so we are just going to buy a new washer.

DO not buy this machine. We have had to have it serviced due to F9E1 code(drainage issues) by Whirlpool 4 times in 8 months. It has been nothing but headache after headache with this machine. There is no manual override or unlock, you cannot get your clothes out of the machine when the error happens so they sit in the stinky water until a repair man can come. We have had to throw out towels and kid's clothes due to the issue with no reimbursement from Whirlpool. I thought Whirlpool was a good brand but this is the worst investment we have ever made. We have had to go to the landromat for weeks waiting for a repair spending $35/week. Stay away from this brand and invest in another company.

I love the way it looks. I love all the options on panel. Im very happy with my washer. I would like to comment on how easy it was to order online and washer was delivered and installed as promised. Installer was exceptional.

I have gone through 3 washing machines in 5 years, which isn’t great. They just don’t seem to make them the same way they used to. But this one washes my clothes better than my last 3 did. The previous machines had an impellar vs. the agitator that this machine has and i will say that the agitator motion cleans better. I switched from an impellar to an agitator and glad i made the switch.

We were impressed with this washing machine while it worked. And to be fair, we used it a lot, 4-6 times a week. We also followed the regular cleaning maintenance. That said, exactly 3 years and 7 months after it was installed the water pump broke and that, in turn, caused the failure of an electronic board. The repair was almost $500. At that point, we chose to get a new washing machine. I hope the dryer lasts longer.

This machine sucks! We had it for 3.5 years and it is done. It is going to cost us $900 to get it fixed, control panel and drain pump went out.

I bought this washer in August 2020, I have since had to call for service twice in the 8 months I've owned it AND I need to have it serviced again! This thing is noisy and absolutely horrible. I have NEVER been so disgusted with an American made product. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!
